Spencer and I have enjoyed using this park model mobile home since 2007 and love the park, but it is time to move on.
We are buying a home in Colorado and need to sell the park model as we cannot spend as much time in Brenda's Desert Gold RV Park as we have in the past. No permanent neighbors to the back or side of us. The covered carport and back porch are nice when it is windy. It allows us to dine on the back porch and have easy access to the back shed.

There is an umbrella clothesline so you can wash clothes in the included washing machine on the porch and hang the laundry out to dry without leaving your home.
An easy walk to the Desert Gold RV Park activity area, office, rec rooms, etc. Park offers dancing lessons, pot lucks, holiday dinners and much more.

The current lot rent for the RV Park (as of Nov 20, 2016) is $2140 per year. It is split between $1070 in January and again in June. This is just slightly more than $178 per month! You can live here all year around if you wish to.

The jalousie windows are covered with silver insulation to reflect sun coming in during the summer when we are not there. When the windows are clear and open, you can view the mini golf course, the park buildings, and the mountain to the north of the park.

To the left of this picture you see the TV area, radio, storage cabinet and glass display cabinet. The kitchen offers many cabinets, pantry, and a double door refrigerator in the hallway. The hot water is electric along with stove. The water heater is inside this cabinet, under the sink.
Four window cranks were changed in 2015, so all
cranks now work.
The stove is electric and above it is a newer used microwave with fan. The dining area is just to the right and down the hall is the bathroom and bedroom. The plastic bag on the handle of the hall door is a large pantry. Shown at the bottom of the picture is the heat and air conditioning duct. The ducts run the middle of the house for even heat or AC. All rooms except the bathroom have ceiling fans, total of 3.

Spence is raiding the refrigerator. The door to the right is the pantry and the mirror on the sliding door is a large closet. There is another hall closet on the left side of the hall with a hanging bar in it and a vent for the heat pump and air conditioner.
The left side of the bathroom offers two upper cabinets: one medicine cabinet with mirrors, and one larger one just to the left of the mirrored medicine cabinet. The right side of the bathroom has sliding glass doors for tub/shower and slatted door offers another large linen closet. This park model offers a lot of storage.
The queen-size bed is firm and in good shape. It was new in 2014.
At the foot of the bed on the opposite wall is a small TV that is hooked up to the satellite cable service in the
park and has its own remote control.
To the left of this bed is an access door to the back porch area.
The jalousie windows offer great cross ventilation.
The black medical attachment on the left side will not stay.

The mirrored sliding doors are to the extra large closet that goes the full length of the room with
cabinets above the doors and 6 drawers below the cabinet.
The carport is full concrete and deep enough for me to store my small ATV trailer and car.

We bought a brand new 3 burner grill in 2017. We are leaving it behind since we already have another one in Colorado.

The flag and Christmas wreaths are not included.
This is the side of the park model facing the side road of the park. The shed is included. It has shelving inside for storage and a workbench. It is also wired for 110V with outlets and a light switch. It has been an awesome workshop!
The Dodge pickup is not included.
Because we have a corner lot, it is about 10 feet wider than the average lot.

Local activities in the area
Many exciting ATV trips from the park and the area. Desert Golf is very popular along with tournaments.
Official golf courses in the area are affordable and green.
Miniature Golf Course is located at the Desert Gold RV Park where park model A-72 is located.
Desert Gold RV Resort pool room has 4 tables for residents use. Tournaments are popular during the season. There is also a ping pong and dart room as well as an exercise room with many machines, craft room, laundry and park post office.
Heated swimming pool offers residents water aerobics, water volleyball and is open 24/7 for residents. Large hot tub is just around corner of the building on left. Access thru each bathroom to pool and hot tub area.

If you are into RC Flying there is an RC flying field across the street that residents can use.
We are located about 20 minutes to Quartzsite, AZ, the nearest Walmart is in Parker about 45 minutes, about 120 miles to Phoenix, about 100 miles to Yuma and about 3 hours to the Los Algodonas area of Mexico where many people get dental work done, eyeglasses, meds, and medical work done at half or less than in the lower 48. Spencer and I are selling because we have not been able to use the property to its fullest advantage as we have been selling beads, slabs of rock, etc in Quartzsite for several years. We plan to keep selling but after a very long day from 8-6 even the 20 minute ride here is long.
